4th course: Sam’s award-winning slow-braised pork belly with garlic butter fried rice and baby bok choy w/ an Island Wattah
5th course: Tuna noodles with a ginger scallion ponzu sauce w/ a Smokey Citrus Vodka Sour
6th course: Breadfruit and saltfish bacalao with mango coulis w/ a Pele’s Potion
