Join CMCArts for our 4th Children’s Parade Troupe as we bring the legendary tales of Anansi the Spider to life! This year’s troupe will create a walking performance of Anansi stories, blending Caribbean and African traditions with the creativity of our young performers.
Participants ages 8–14 will learn:
Acting & Storytelling with Sayeeda Carter
Dance & Movement with Esi Gaston-Edwards
Costume-making inspired by Anansi and island folklore
Together, the troupe will shine in the Children’s Parade, sharing storytelling, rhythm, and vibrant artistry with the community on January 2, 2026.
