Adult Workshop Thursday, August 28 from 10:00am-4:00pm with lunch break *
and Friday, August 29 from 10:00am-1:00pm

In this two-day introductory class, participants will learn the basics of Batik using a brush technique. Each person will create their own Batik masterpiece inspired by found natural objects such as plants, flowers, and leaves. Each participant will get to complete a pillowcase, t-shirt, tote OR circular Batik painting. Limited supplies of each. On the first day, ninety percent (90%) of the project will be completed while the second day will be used to remove the wax.
All materials are included in the price.
Wear: Dye can permanently stain clothing. Please dress accordingly.
