Our Goal: As a volunteer, you will assist in various tasks, including:
Beach Clean-Up: Help remove woody debris and trash from the shoreline that could hinder nesting turtles or harm hatchlings.
Beach Preparation: Replace missing beach markers and relabel signs. Conduct shoreline measurements to get a baseline for the season.
Habitat Restoration: Assist with restoring and enhancing the beach environment to create a safe, conducive area for turtles to nest.
Education and Outreach: Learn about the sea turtle program and become involved in future opportunities!
